Cutting plan.
I like the way my eating habits are headed right now, and i’d say i’m at 90% solid clean eating, with the exception of days like today. I’m decreasing my carbs and replacing two meals with protein shakes for like a week, just to see if I see any significant fat loss.
Today’s (technically yesterday’s) wod:
- 15 minutes cycling
- 3x25x25lb back extension
- 10 minute jog on treadmill
- 4x20x180lb leg press
- 3x15x45lb lying ham curls
- superset: 6x10x80lb deadlift + 6x10x25lb bench step ups
- 3x10x90lb Hack squat
- Hanging leg raises
Today’s intake:
- Oatmeal + sliced banana + coffee
- Cheetos [-_-]
- 1/2 kontos flatbread + chicken salad
- post-workout shake + banana
- post-workout meal - basil salad (dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, ranch) + tuna
- 3 blocks of Hersheys chocolate + a spoon of nutella, don’t judge me. I love chocolate.
- 1/2 kontos flatbread + chicken salad
- 7 slices of pepperoni + ~7 asian rice cracker things
Meh, not so good. Steamed some broccoli for tomorrow, and diced up some watermelon to take with me for when I go to school. Tempted to pull a 2-a-day tomorrow. Class 8-10:25, gym 10:40-12:00pm, pm workout 8pm? nahhhhhh.
