Cutting plan.

I like the way my eating habits are headed right now, and i’d say i’m at 90% solid clean eating, with the exception of days like today. I’m decreasing my carbs and replacing two meals with protein shakes for like a week, just to see if I see any significant fat loss. 

Today’s (technically yesterday’s) wod:

  1. 15 minutes cycling
  2. 3x25x25lb back extension
  3. 10 minute jog on treadmill
  4. 4x20x180lb leg press
  5. 3x15x45lb lying ham curls
  6. superset: 6x10x80lb deadlift + 6x10x25lb bench step ups
  7. 3x10x90lb Hack squat
  8. Hanging leg raises

Today’s intake:

  1. Oatmeal + sliced banana + coffee
  2. Cheetos [-_-]
  3. 1/2 kontos flatbread + chicken salad
  4. post-workout shake + banana
  5. post-workout meal - basil salad (dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, ranch) + tuna
  6. 3 blocks of Hersheys chocolate + a spoon of nutella, don’t judge me. I love chocolate.
  7. 1/2 kontos flatbread + chicken salad
  8. 7 slices of pepperoni + ~7 asian rice cracker things

Meh, not so good. Steamed some broccoli for tomorrow, and diced up some watermelon to take with me for when I go to school. Tempted to pull a 2-a-day tomorrow. Class 8-10:25, gym 10:40-12:00pm, pm workout 8pm? nahhhhhh. 

Fugghetaboutit. Maybe Tuesday.
